Without payment data you can use the simulator only in the free trail time. After that, the system will automatically decativate when you use paid services. Therefore, make sure that you enter your payment data before the trial period expires or you use paid features for the first time.

Entering payment data

Your payment data is sensitive information and is therefore processed and stored exclusively by our payment provider Stripe. You will therefore be redirected to an appropriate page of the payment provider to enter it.

1. open the Billing Portal page

Note: You will need school administrator privileges to manage payment information.
In the {snippet schoolPortal}, open the School-Admin -> Billing Portal (Stripe) page.

2. add payment method

From there, in the Payment Method section, select Add Payment Method. Fill in the form to provide their credit card details and check that the "Use as default payment method" option is enabled.

Entering the billing information

To ensure that their invoices contain correct information, please also check the "Billing information" section. You can edit the data here if necessary by clicking "Update information".
